Foodservice
operators who purchase their Otis Spunkmeyer food products through
foodservice distributors can order and purchase their supplies
direct from Otis Spunkmeyer via our Materials Order
Form.
All customers
ordering directly though OSI will need to complete either a
credit application or a credit card authorization
form before the order can be processed. All billable goods
require that one of these forms be processed.

If you wish to pay by credit
card, please complete the Credit Card Authorization Form.
Once you have submitted one of
the above, you can send your Materials Order Form for
processing. Instructions for order placement and contact
information are included on the order form.

For supplies such as cookie
bags, pan liners, packaging, etc. just complete and fax
or e-mail our Materials Order Form.

For equipment and POS orders
such as ovens, displays, posters, danglers (anything not found
on the Materials Order Form) please contact your distributor
or broker sales representative who will order the
equipment on your behalf.
