Customers who purchase Otis Spunkmeyer Products through Foodservice Distributors
You can purchase your O-riginals toppings directly from Otis Spunkmeyer via the attached O-riginals Order Form. All customers ordering with this order form will need to complete either a credit application or a credit card authorization form before the order can be processed. All billable goods require that one of these forms be processed.
