At Otis Spunkmeyer, we are proud to put the power of cookie magic to work in our community by getting involved in a variety of causes that Bake It Forward for people all over the country.

Miami Marine Corps Toys for TotsOtis Spunkmeyer actively gives back by supporting charitable organizations, including: the Make-A-Wish Foundation®, Susan G. Komen for the Cure®, Ride To Recovery supporting Wounded Warriors and the Orphan Foundation of America among others. As a company with heart, we understand that there are thousands of people out there who aren’t as fortunate as us. Charitable giving is a key part of how we conduct our day to day business. It’s part of our DNA. Otis knows that we all deserve a little cookie love!

"Fresh-baked cookies can make bad days better."

NBCF Check Presentation - John and Janelle The spirit of volunteerism and giving back is a part of Otis Spunkmeyer’s heritage. It all started in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s with the Student Motivational Program which helped numerous Oakland area kids through high school and then provided college scholarships. Our legacy can also be seen around the Bay Area in the form of new soccer fields which Otis helped to renovate in conjunction with the Oakland Parks and Recreation Dept. Since then, we have continued to give back and encourage our employees all over the country to get involved. Our most significant program, Cookies for a Cause, involves special cookie varieties developed specifically for 2 worthwhile organizations. Karen’s ChockLet Heaven benefits the Make-A-Wish Foundation, The Pink Cookie supports breast cancer awareness and the Susan G. Komen for the Cure. Using cookie money to bring awareness to these causes is something everyone in our company can rally behind.
